How to get started

Support starts simply with a phone call to us (905 531-0998). Your call will be responded to on the same day and your questions answered. A free in home consultation will be scheduled in your home with the client and their family. During the consultation an individualized support plan will be developed to meet the client and families needs.

Our experienced Director will select a support worker based on the information gathered through the consultation process and they are best suited to meet your unique requirements. Our Support Plan is designed to maximize independence with just the right amount of support promoting dignity and respect and peach of mind for the caregiver knowing your loved one is well supported. The Director will oversee the scheduling, service provision and support worker replacement during times of absence. Support workers will follow the agreed upon support plan and keep detailed notes of your loved ones progress which are available for your review.
